Conversion

Art asked me to post pictures of his latest project:

 It's another truck, surprise, surprise! Before you ask me all sorts of technical questions, I will tell you all I know about it:

• He replaced the gas engine with a diesel.
• He painted it Ford blue
• Instead of putting dual tires on the back (two tires on each side) he put 'super singles'- one big, fat tire on each side
• He built a custom exhaust (see single large pipe behind the cab of the truck- incredibly redneck, if you ask me)

And that's all I know.



This is his primary work truck now and everywhere he goes people ask him about it and ask him to see what's under the hood.  Art officially has a vehicle for every day of the week.  When he bought it and started the conversion I asked him, 'what are you going to do with it?' He told me he would use it as his work truck but I pointed out that he has at least three other trucks and his Jeep for that.  He explained that while I have 27 pairs of black shoes, each has a different purpose and that same theory applies to his vehicles. I had no arguement for that.
