This is why Art hates working on Fords (especially new Fords).  He bought this truck last year for a song because there is a loud knock in the engine.  In order to either fix the existing engine or install a new engine (of which he has many) he had to lift the entire cab off of the truck in order to get to the engine.  It's a stupid design, if you as me, but that's Ford for you!
