Can You Live On Ketchup?

You might remember that a few weeks ago I canned 22 jars of ketchup.  I know full well that will last me at least a year and a half to two years, but I just couldn't help making one more batch. As a friend of mine said, "If the revolution comes- and it will- Art and Lindsay will be OK."  I hadn't really intended on making any more ketchup because, a) I enough ketchup to last me until 2015 and b) I was out of pint jars.  But with the huge picking I did on Sunday, I just couldn't help myself and I made ten more jars (and I had two more packages of ketchup mix in my pantry that I just had to use).  But this is really it, I promise. No more ketchup. I now have enough to last for several years, so I'm done. For real this time.  But just because I'm finished making ketchup doesn't mean my tomato plants are finished producing.  In the past I've made salsa, but I don't have enough green peppers for that.  I've also made pasta sauce, but considering that Art uses ketchup on his spaghetti, it's only me that would use it and I can never use an entire bottle before it goes bad.  My plan is to just can crushed tomatoes- it's really nice to throw in chili and soups during the winter.  Plus I can use the ridiculous amount of quart jars that I have sitting in the basement.
