Icky Icky Icky

I went into the bathroom today and this is what I found in the toilet (I know, the toilet looks dirty, but it's really not. I just cleaned it this morning but we have really hard water):

I called Art to find out if he had pooped out a frog this morning or if (eek!) it had came up the pipes (you hear stories all the time of people who have septic systems and they find snakes in their toilets). Art said that he had found it dead in the attic this morning and instead of throwing it outside (like a normal person would) he just threw in the toilet. He told me to flush the toilet, it'll be fine.

Who does this?!? Who puts a dead frog in the toilet?? And why are there dead frogs in my attic?!?
