Here are the four jars of cherry jam. Yes, only four. I was going to make cherry pie filling, but I didn't really have enough cherries due to the bugs and jam was easier. I think this is the last time I'll make cherry anything; it's a lot of work pitting 769 cherries for only four pints of jam. I don't even like cherries, really, I just didn't want to waste them. But the birds love them so perhaps next year I will consider that the purpose of the cherries.

They finished putting the trusses up this week. Don't ask me what comes next because I have no idea. It makes coming home from work everyday a little bit exciting, not knowing what's been done that day.
