Some Day I'll Be Famous, Too

Having recently watched "Julie and Julia" (yes I know I'm behind so don't judge me, I reserve my movie theater adventures for vampires, wizards, and the occassional super hero) I began to wonder how I might achieve the same popularity. I thought her premise was simple and creative; I think I am simple and creative (sort of). She was funny and interesting; I'm sometimes funny but usually just sarcastic. But how does one blog become famous while another does not? Is it because I live in Tipton and not New York City? Is it because I make eyeballs and am not a professional writer? Did I jump too late on to the blogging bandwagon and now the world is so full of blogs that there is very little room for discovery of the perfect farm blog that everyone would love if only it weren't lost amongst every other blog? Or is it because I don't update on a daily basis? If that's the reason, I'll never be famous because I just don't have the time to blog every day. Besides, days (and sometimes weeks) go by that nothing blog-worthy happens around here. I know that my friends and family enjoy it, but that doesn't count because it's obligatory.

Many thoughts and questions. I will ponder these and hopefully create a game plan for my celebrity while I soak up the sun in Ft. Lauderdale this week. I know, it's a difficult task, but just be glad I'm the one that must endure it.
