Instead tinkling glasses to make the newlyweds kiss, you had to go up and act out a charade. Art went up, picked out his piece of paper and promptly told everyone, "I'm supposed to do a moon-walk" and proceeded to do said moon-walk. He didn't understand that he wasn't supposed to say what he was going to do (he's never played charades before. Apparently he grew up in a cave.)
