Unlucky Rabbit Foot

I went outside to get some wood this afternoon and I made the dogs go with me; they've gotten soft in the last couple of years and refuse to go outside for anything except to pee and poop (and even Linda doesn't do that if it's raining, snowing, or if it's too cold). When I came back to the house, Linda was walking around with something in her mouth; I assumed it was a piece of wood or, as is her habit, a frozen piece of poop that she thinks is a stick. I took it from her (as I didn't want frozen poop in the house) and, getting a better look at what said object was, discovered it was a frozen rabbits leg, bloody stump and all. I screamed like pansy girl and threw it far away from me. Linda immediately runs to retrieve it. At this point, she realized that I would take it away from her if she brought it anywhere near me, so she just wandered around the yard, carrying her rabbit leg. I refused to let her in the house until she got rid of it, so she's still walking around aimlessly with her rabbit leg.

I told Art about it and he said, "She's a dog, she needs something to chew on! It'll make her feel like a real animal." Sure. Linda, the wild killer dog of 175th Street.
